I have spent close to a decade in recruitment and executive search, with the past seven years focused on retained global mandates across FMCG, retail, pharma and technology.

My experience spans director through to C-suite level, covering all major business functions, with particular depth in supply chain, procurement and commercial leadership

Over the years, I have delivered retained senior mandates for Global Fortune 500 organisations, gaining exposure to structured, best practice executive search grounded in pace, clarity, and assessment with close attention to diversity and culture alignment.

Food has always been personal.

I grew up in the Luberon Valley in the south of France, a region shaped by agriculture and known for its strong gastronomic heritage. Food was simply part of everyday life, closely connected to land, seasonality and local production. With a family background in gastronomy, that connection was always present.

In 2022, I temporarily stepped away from headhunting to spend time working on a regenerative farm. It gave me a direct view of the realities behind agriculture, and its role as a critical lever in addressing sustainability challenges, supply chain resilience and long-term food security.

That experience reinforced my belief that leadership decisions within the food value chain shape both business outcomes and agricultural systems. It clarified that leadership selection is where I can contribute most meaningfully.
